We women must stick together and help eachother. I too had a friend help me build inner strength and self confidence. It is so empowering! No one can take it from you. Even as a young woman who has grown up in American I can relate to this story- sons being loved more, being favored and fear that you will not love up to your parent's dreams/wishes.
