If I Were a Man

If I were a man,
I would not commit violence against a woman
I would let the woman experience her joys, her rights, she would
have her own thoughts
I would be honest with her
And tell her about all of the freedoms she has
Allow her to do everything she wants, nothing out of shame
She could go about her freedoms, more, and more
and I would behave well with her,
not like some men today.
