I am a baby,
Life is easy
I rest in the bed of roses
My mummy kisses my face
And her voice rains sugar
Daddy watches me as I lay sleeping
and laughs when I scream.
Mummy singing,
Where do I come from,
the land of fairies
My milk is my love
And life is a story
I dream of Tom and Jerry.
Mummy Mummy
Change my nappy
I am happy
I am a baby,
Life is easy.

Beautiful, Norwan! I love your poems.
This is such a beautiful, touching poem. I always love your pieces. They are inspiring.
Absolutely beautiful, Norwan. I loved especially the line, “her voice rains sugar.”
I love “her voice rains sugar,” too!
