My morning breath
Tells me I am alive
My soul tells me to fight
My thoughts tell me to save your rights
The words in my mouth say speak
Speak and speak again until they listen
My strong body says stand tall
Do not fear
I am alive
My courage wants me to fight
For your rights
For those who trust and count on me
I am alive
For those who wait
Who believe
Someone is there to help
I don’t fear death
One day my strong spirit will stand
Like a wall in front of you
Still you will not be able to touch me

These are the words and courage of a true leader. Of a woman who will cut new paths to peace, understanding, and justice.
Very inspiring to read.
